Can Flagstaff cure a respiratory illness?
Hey there, I am not sure what is going on with me but I was exposed to toxic mold and have shortness of breath at times. Since other things were checked as functioning properly, I think it's my lungs that have the problem. SO...I am thinking to relocate!! Do you know if Flagstaff is good for people with lung issues? Has it been known to cure/alleviate people's lung problems? I know that Arizona has dry air which seems like it would be ideal...I heard that Tucson has too many allergens. Is that true? What about Flagstaff? Thanks in advance!
Flagstaff is a nice small Rt 66 college town and is the cultural and practical center of the vast area that is Northern Arizona. I used to live 1.5 hrs NNE of it.
There is a very good regional hospital and for serious things Phoenix is 2.25hrs south . The problem that you would have with your shortness of breath would be the altitude-7000
Because of your illness neither Phoenix nor Tucson would work.
I don't know what your needs areas far as housing or employment is concerned so I can't offer many suggestions
Check out Flagstaff if nothing else it's really pretty and you get to see the Grand Canyon.
Las Vegas is 100 miles farther than Phoenix , however you may be able to offset that by cheaper air fares and car rentals into Vegas
